Bigglesworth on the road

* The first outing of the year was the joint shows at Alcester. Percy entered the adult class at just 9 months and 1 day old and had competition in both shows. Delighted that he was awarded both Champion certificates and Best of Breeds, he then went on to win Best of Variety Adult in the Rex Cat Club show. What a start to his show career!

Also at the show was Champion Alphaberry Boris Becker and my daughters girl, Champion Alphaberry Higgledy Piggledy, both in their Grand class. Delighted to say that they both secured their tickets and Piggie should now be known as Grand Champion Alphaberry Higgledy Piggledy, completing a great day for us all.

* On 31.3.18, we made the trip to Cornwall with Piggie stepping up to the Imperial Grand Champion class. At just 14 months of age, this was a huge step up for her, so we were very happy when she achieved her first of five certificates in the one show and Reserve Imperial in the second. She was also awarded Best of Breed in both shows.

* Piggie attended the joint show at Perdiswell Leisure Centre on 5.5.18. It was the Midlands and Central Longhair Club shows and was awarded both Imperial Grand Champion Certificates and Best of Breeds. This brings her total to 3, needing 2 more to achieve her title. Thank you to her judges.

* On the 2.6.18, Boris attended the Bristol and District Cat Club and the Cambria Cat Club joint show at Thornbury and was awarded both Grand Certifcates. He will now be known as Grand Champion Alphaberry Boris Becker.

Also at the show was Piggie, Boris' litter sister, owned by my eldest daughter. Piggie can now be called Imperial Grand Champion Alphaberry Higgledy Piggledy. At just 20 months of age, this is a huge achievement and we both thank Stephen McConnell their breeder, for allowing us to have them. They will bring a huge contribution to both Bigglesworth and as Caitlin starts her own line.
